Mt Albert by-election voting opens
Voting in the Mt Albert by-election is open.
People should take their EasyVote card with them when they vote. They can still vote without it, but it may take longer.
There are 28 polling places in the Mt Albert electorate, open from 9.00am until 7.00pm.
The Chief Electoral Officer’s targets for the release of preliminary results are:
- by 7.30pm all advance votes
- by 9.00pm results from 50% of polling places
- by 10.00pm results from 100% of polling places.
