Registration of New Zealand Independent Coalition logo
The Electoral Commission considered an application made under Part 4 of the Electoral Act 1993 for the registration of a party logo by the New Zealand Independent Coalition as shown below:
On 28 February 2014, the Electoral Commission resolved to register the New Zealand Independent Coalition’s logo in accordance with section 67A of the Electoral Act 1993.
