Referral to the Police - 23 May 2016
On 23 May 2016, the Electoral Commission referred the party secretary of MANA Movement for failing to file the annual return of party donations and loans, contrary to sections 210 and 214C of the Electoral Act 1993.
As this matter is now with the Police, the Electoral Commission will not be commenting further.
